- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across 12+ global research labs
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with 90%+ commercialization potential
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders incubator program
- Present at Davos, CES, and MIT Technology Review summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Track record of launching 3+ billion-dollar tech products
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms
