Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D, product, and finance teams to prioritize innovation initiatives with ROI-focused roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to shape future standards
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology credentials preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic plans with measurable KPIs
