Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies including AI ethics, quantum applications, and Web3
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation sprints with R&D partners and academic institutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or IoT
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology implementations
