Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainability) to inform corporate strategy
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ years)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, or sustainability)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Executive presence with excellent presentation and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., SPS, CSM) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
