Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy integrating AI, quantum computing, and Web3 innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget and vendor partnerships for tech implementation
- Mentor junior technologists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and futuristic tech ecosystems
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Experience with federal grant applications for R&D projects
- Master's degree in Computer Science or MBA with tech specialization
