- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling experimental technologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neural interfaces, AGI) for strategic implementation
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Overhead R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling experimental technologies to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation strategy
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
