Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Drive innovation through hackathons, prototyping, and R&D initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and competitive intelligence methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
