- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M annual R&D budget with measurable ROI targets
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodology
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- PMP or similar strategic certification preferred
