Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
