Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities with 5-10 year impact
- Develop innovation frameworks for ethical tech adoption and sustainable deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investors
