Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Author strategic white papers on future workforce automation and digital transformation
- Collaborate with venture partners to evaluate pre-seed startups in emerging tech sectors
- Represent company at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 500+ audience experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (WIRED, TechCrunch)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
