Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate strategic tech initiatives into development pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks and trend analysis
