Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing and neurotech specialists
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI governance and biometric integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech implications
- Fluency in Python and data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Security clearance preferred for defense tech collaborations
