Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI governance frameworks, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including neural interfaces and decentralized AI networks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of biotech advances and autonomous system deployment
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and government innovation labs
- Create KPI frameworks measuring technology readiness and societal impact metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech architectures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
