Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in STEM field, MBA, or equivalent strategic certification
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience working with global innovation ecosystems and academic institutions
