Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (Web4, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Partner with product teams to incubate breakthrough solutions with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members with data-driven impact modeling
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven portfolio of disruptive launches
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
