Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and assess market viability
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and Web3 ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with ESG and UN SDG targets
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget through patent development and venture capital partnerships
- Mentor next-gen engineers in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Present strategic vision at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven impact in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Successful track record scaling tech startups from seed to IPO ($500M+ valuation)
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, global data governance)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain development (Solidity preferred)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies solving real-world problems
