- Establish industry-wide standards for ethical AI deployment and quantum security
- Drive commercialization of 3+ emerging technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives at FAANG or equivalent
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI/quantum conferences
- Deep understanding of emerging tech commercialization pathways
- Experience securing federal grants and public-private partnerships
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
