Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and scenario planning for 2026+ innovations
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into actionable projects
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology strategies and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Foster cross-functional innovation through workshops and ideation sessions
- Monitor ethical implications and sustainability impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision
