Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and product managers
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform technological positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within the global tech innovation ecosystem
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
