Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop patent strategies and IP protection frameworks for breakthrough innovations
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior technologists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research in technology forecasting or innovation management
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or similar
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing global innovation teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
