- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototyping and validation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex ecosystem modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing applications and ethical frameworks
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., SFI, WFS)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation functions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in technology journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
