Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework identifying emerging trends in quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical roadmaps with business objectives for 2026 product launches
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify strategic innovation opportunities
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies including generative AI and decentralized systems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to access cutting-edge research
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms and their societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with executive communication experience
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
