Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future-tech concepts into actionable product features
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Prototype and validate future-tech solutions in our innovation sandbox environment
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technology transitions
