Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Identify partnership opportunities with research institutions and startups
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Develop frameworks for ethical implementation of next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$50M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
