Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Architect implementation roadmaps for next-gen digital infrastructure and automation systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies and scale successful initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption and change management
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 3+ year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess market disruptors and competitive threats
- Executive-level communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technology domains preferred
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) highly desirable
