Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption plans aligned with business objectives for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies across global markets
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technology products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI) preferred
