Responsibilities

- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, IoT, biotech)
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
