- Secure $10M+ in venture funding for experimental projects with 18-month ROI targets
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers and futurists in rapid prototyping cycles
- Collaborate with policy teams on ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 7+ years industry experience
- Proven track record leading R&D projects with $5M+ budgets and successful commercialization
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or distributed systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier publications
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq)
