Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and IoT integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
