Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 product ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, bio-AI) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with engineers and research scientists
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with tech unicorns and research institutions
- Pioneer patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with 30+ annual filings
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and innovation architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite/VP roles
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR, or bio-AI)
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution (Stanford, MIT, Berkeley preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese for global partnerships
