- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions (Web4.0, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to secure first-mover advantages in emerging domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through data-driven scenario planning models
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused prioritization frameworks
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with proven experience in future-casting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, or biotech-digital interfaces
- Deep familiarity with ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and responsible innovation
