- Present technology foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI optimization across 20+ projects
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive tech trends
- Mentor next-generation engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech areas: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio valuation
- Published research or patents in disruptive technology fields
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German (for global partnerships)
