- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategy
- Manage innovation portfolios with $5M+ budgets across 15+ concurrent projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers and researchers while fostering an innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple continents
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or conferences
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese a plus
