You'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, AI ethics boards, and metaverse architects to develop roadmaps that anticipate and shape technological paradigms. Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with competitive impact analysis
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in decentralized infrastructure
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 10-year forecasting success
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent innovation leadership
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives generating $50M+ revenue
- Security clearance for national infrastructure projects preferred
