Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess their commercial viability
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor R&D teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent innovation methodology
