Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or senior R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Certification in strategic foresight or technology roadmapping (e.g., TOGAF)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
