Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen AI, blockchain, and quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into core offerings

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
