- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through strategic partnerships and grants
- Present tech forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scoping methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/6G)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight training
- Experience securing government innovation grants
- Prior work with Fortune 500 technology roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
