Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Drive innovation through hackathons and cross-disciplinary ideation sessions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed impact assessments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong background in agile development and product lifecycle management
