- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present disruptive technology roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Drive patent development in AI ethics and autonomous systems
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Innovation Fellowship Program
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and recommend adaptive strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $50M+ in government or corporate innovation grants
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
