Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster collaborative ideation and prototyping
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to anticipate industry shifts and technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear data-driven insights
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies and measure ROI against strategic KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with experience advising C-level executives on technological investments
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or technology strategy preferred
