Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with 18-month commercialization timelines
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI on future technologies
- Present quarterly trend briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
