- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems
- Represent the company at global tech summits including Davos and Web Summit
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders program
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic grant proposals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ commercialization
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, AI Act)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling software
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
