Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3.0 and decentralized systems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry conference keynotes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with $10M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Six Sigma methodologies
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
