Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for potential futures and build adaptive strategies
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging capabilities into next-generation solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to benchmark innovation capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, academic institutions, and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published research or thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
