Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and company vision

- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technologies for acquisition/partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong background in ethical technology governance
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio of published research or patents in future technologies
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
