Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT) into core products
- Conduct competitive analysis and ecosystem mapping to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation labs and pilot programs for next-gen technology validation
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
