Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching next-gen technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
