Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems

- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with strategic business objectives and growth targets
- Manage innovation sprints focused on prototyping next-gen solutions in emerging tech verticals
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property frameworks for breakthrough innovations
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management (e.g., from Singularity University)
